Now it’s your turn to get to work.
I can imagine that breath support might be one of the main challenges you're facing. So make sure you're using your breath support effectively.

That means not tensing your abdominal muscles and diaphragm all at once, but gradually.
Start with a relaxed belly, breathe low, and try to keep your body loose and your belly free. So don’t pull your stomach in right away, instead, think low and relaxed.

If that feels difficult, focus on mastering that part first before moving on. Breath support!
