I’ve met technically brilliant singers who never made it as solo artists. And I’ve seen performers who might not have perfect technique but can captivate an

With the right coach, I could learn to play tennis and maybe win an amateur match, but I’ll never be Serena Williams. I just don’t have that level of talent and drive. But you? You might be here because you do have that kind of ambition. 🌟

For example, when I’m in charge of directing the music for a TV talent show, I’m not just looking for someone who fits that particular project.
