Stay with me exercise solo

Now that you know how to do this exercise, you can practice on your own!

The exercise:
We’re singing 'Would you rather go,
or do you wanna stay,
would you stay with me'.

While practicing, focus on three key points:

✔Think light, not heavy.
✔Smile from the inside, and if you can, from the outside too! It’s a fun, cheerful tune, so stay relaxed and keep your voice free.
✔Switch up your vowels. Changing vowels makes it easier to hit low notes on different pitches. For example, listen to how I use 'me' at the end of the phrase. Experiment with vowels that work best for you.

Listen to your body and voice.
If it feels forced, doesn’t sound right, or you lose control in the low notes, stop immediately. Your comfort and vocal health always come first.

So… how low can you go? Take it step by step, stay relaxed, and enjoy the process!
