Now that you know how to do 'The Descending Lip Trill' (or roll whatever you like to call it!) you can practice on your own.

Key Tips:
✔Relax your belly between each step of the exercise.
✔Place your fingertips on the corners of your mouth if you find it difficult to keep your lips vibrating.
✔Pay attention to your abdominal muscles/diaphragm and observe how tension or relaxation affects your performance.

Remember:
The goal of this exercise is how you hit the notes, not which notes you hit. If you feel your voice getting tense or “squeezing,” stop and reset.

Track Your Progress:
Use the piano in the video to see which notes you’re singing. Write down in your notebook what you feel on certain notes and how far you could go today. This will help you monitor your progress and check your vocal condition over time. 🎶💪
