Henry's life
It’s rare to meet someone who leaves such a deep impression, someone who tells their story so vividly that I could listen for hours. That, to me, is true magic. That’s what makes someone unique.
Not everyone knows the name Henry Diltz, and honestly? That’s kind of crazy. This man didn’t just witness music history in the ‘60s and ‘70s—he captured it. Literally. What started as a career in folk music turned into a legendary journey as the photographer of an era. Woodstock? He was there. The Doors, Joni Mitchell, David Crosby? He was right in the middle of it all. Henry didn’t just give us photos—he gave us a time machine.
In Henry’s Life, he shares it all. And me? I hung on his every word. For a moment, I was there—sitting in a sun-drenched garden, feeling the buzz of music all around me. Like I was sipping wine with Joni, deep in conversation with Zappa, while Crosby strummed a guitar next to me.
But what moved me most? Henry reminded me that life isn’t just about pushing forward in a straight line. Sometimes, you have to turn left. Or right. And you know what? That’s okay. It all works out.
And most importantly—be kind. Really kind. Peace, Love and Happiness ❤️
